Background

Ops-first, by choice.

I've spent my career on the side of marketing that rarely gets the credit: the platform architecture, the data model, the process that has to hold up under volume long after everyone's forgotten the campaign that inspired it.

My background is in email and lifecycle marketing at the enterprise level, inside marketing automation and CRM ecosystems with real stakes: regulated data, cross-team handoffs, reporting stakeholders rely on to make decisions. That experience spans large corporations, both public and private, AmLaw 100 law firms, and municipal and government entities. I'm semi-technical on purpose, fluent enough in SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS to build and troubleshoot things myself, though I lean on native platform tools over custom scripts whenever the platform can do the job. That's usually the more maintainable answer.

Narwhal Media is where that work lives outside any one employer: a running record of the discipline I care about, kept up whether or not I'm actively looking for the next thing.
